How to Transfer Cryptocurrency on YEDA

In this article, you will learn step by step how to transfer cryptocurrency using the YEDA platform.

Steps to Make a Transfer

1. Log in to your YEDA account
   Access your YEDA account using your login credentials.

2. Go to the Dashboard
   From your Dashboard, click on the “Transfer” button.

3. Select the cryptocurrency
   Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send (for example: USDT, BTC, etc.).

4. Choose the transfer type
   You have two (2) options:

   • Internal Transfer
     This option is used when sending cryptocurrency to another YEDA user.
     👉 You will need the recipient’s YEDA ID.

   • External Transfer
     This option is used when sending cryptocurrency to a wallet outside the YEDA ecosystem.
     👉 You will need the destination wallet address.

Important: Network Verification ⚠️

When making an external transfer, it is very important to verify the network before confirming the transaction.

📌 Example:
If you are sending USDT, make sure that:

• The network selected on YEDA

• Matches exactly the network supported by the destination wallet address

❗ Sending a transaction on the wrong network may result in a permanent loss of funds, and this is not the responsibility of YEDA.

Special Case: Network Mismatch Detected

If the YEDA system detects an incorrect network:

• You will receive a refund within 3 business days.

• Working days only

• Weekends and public holidays are excluded

• We follow the U.S. business calendar
